A brief history of how we found ourselves here

Where We Started

Our "team" wasn't always a team. It started with a single broker working through a local office of one of the largest brokerages in the world. This was a traditional brokerage and the commercial division was, shall we say, under-resourced. There were great people, both on the residential and commercial sides of the house, but it tended to function more as islands of talent and market knowledge, rather than a single interconnected entity.


Transition to eXp Commercial

The idea behind eXp was initially appealing, but in the early days the commercial division was overshadowed by the high growth residential side of the house. Once the commercial division was spun off into eXp Commercial, momentum finally developed for the commercial efforts and a platform was designed specifically for the unique requirements of commercial real estate agents, leveraging both the critical mass of the combined entities and the opportunity to seamlessly expand across a national footprint


Where We're Going

Initially, our goal is to have a presence in all 50 states and the structure in place to navigate the complex and widely varying licensing requirements from one to the next. We want to eliminate uncertainty in the process so our team members can focus on producing the best results for their clients.
